Say what they get, not what the button does. "Send" is a default nobody chose.
Shown in place of the form. This is the moment somebody wonders whether anything actually happened.
Comma separated for more than one. A second address is the difference between a lead landing and a lead evaporating while somebody is away.
Use {{field_key}} to insert a submitted value.
The lead source is normally DERIVED from the UTM parameters the visitor arrived with, through the same channel map adtracking already uses for calls. This is only what a submission gets when it carries no UTMs, or UTMs no rule matches.
Leave it empty unless you have a real answer. Empty sends no lead source at all, and the lead reports as "No source recorded" — which is true. Naming a source here to avoid a blank asserts something nobody determined, makes the lead indistinguishable from a genuine one of that kind, and removes the blank field that is the only prompt for whoever takes the call to fill in the real answer.
Map each field below to the AccuLynx field it fills.
This is the real thing. The form as a visitor sees it, posting to the same endpoint a visitor posts to. The submission is stored, AccuLynx is written if this form has it on, and the email is sent. Rows are flagged as tests so they can be cleared, but nothing takes a different path.
What the landing page would have captured. Leave blank to see what an untagged visit resolves to.
